🔃 Rotate PDF

Rotate all pages or a selected range by 90/180/270 degrees.

🔒 Runs entirely on your device — nothing is uploaded

What is Rotate PDF?

Fix pages that were scanned sideways or upside down. Rotate every page at once, or target specific pages using a range. The rotation is saved into the file, so it stays fixed for everyone who opens it.

How to use Rotate PDF

  1. Choose the PDF you want to rotate.
  2. Pick the rotation: 90° clockwise, 180°, or 270° (90° anticlockwise).
  3. Enter which pages to rotate, or leave the full range to rotate everything.
  4. Click “Rotate & download”.

Why use this tool?

The rotation is permanent

Rotating in a PDF viewer often only changes your own view. This writes the rotation into the document so it opens correctly everywhere.

Per-page control

Scans frequently have just a few sideways pages. Ranges let you fix those without disturbing the rest.

Frequently asked questions

Can I rotate only some pages?

Yes — enter a range like 2-4 or a list like 1,5,9. Everything outside the range keeps its current orientation.

Does rotating reduce quality?

No. Rotation changes a page attribute rather than re-rendering content, so text stays selectable and images keep their resolution.

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. Every tool on Toolraq runs entirely inside your browser using JavaScript and WebAssembly. Your file never leaves your device — there is no upload endpoint at all. You can verify this yourself by opening your browser’s DevTools Network tab while you use the tool.
